Mark's career in dental technology began in 1979 at R. B. Glen Dental Ceramics. He left R. B. Glen 10 years later to open his own business, which he successfully owned and operated for 12 years. In 2002, Mark joined Riverside Dental Ceramics and went on to assume managerial responsibilities in every department. Following his most recent role overseeing the CAD/CAM and BruxZir Solid Zirconia departments, Mark was promoted to General Manager in October 2015.
Cindy started her dental career in 1979 at Arrowhead Dental Lab in Sandy, Utah, as a case delivery driver. Shortly after, she moved into the laboratory and took on various roles in the Scheduling, Purchasing and Payroll departments. In 1995, she went to work for Corona-based Dyno-Tech Dental Lab and held positions in the Accounting and Customer Service departments. After joining RDC in 2000 as a quality control supervisor, she was promoted to manager of the Porcelain department in 2013.
Dennis started acquiring CAD/CAM skills in 2007, when he was studying at UCLA’s Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science, while also working for various labs. In 2009, he learned about the use of CAD/CAM tools in the dental industry, and in 2011 he joined RDC as a mill operator. After further increasing his knowledge in all aspects of the dental laboratory, Dennis was promoted to supervisor that same year. He now oversees the CAD/CAM department.
Christopher graduated from California Baptist University with a degree in Communications and an emphasis on labor law and business administration. He is a member of the renowned Society for Human Resource Management and the National Human Resources Association. Christopher began his career as a Human Resources Generalist, focusing on employee relations and management development. He joined the RDC Team in 2017 where he brought with him eight years of human resources and organizational development experience.
Lourdes joined the RDC team in March 2004, when she was hired as a shipping clerk. Through the years, she became a Production leader and was promoted to supervisor in January 2008. She currently oversees a hardworking team of eight, accepts friendly criticism to better the department's standards, and ensures all cases sent to our doctors are accurate and packaged correctly.
