Premise Indirect is the next generation of belleGlass™ NG. The reformulation improves shading, polishability and increases opacity in the facial dentins. Premise Indirect is a microhybrid indirect composite that is light cured then post cured using heat and pressure. Premise Indirect can be used for inlay, onlay, veneer and crown indications, and may be reinforced with fiber.
Indications Premise Indirect is indicated for full crowns, veneers, inlays and onlays. It is recommended for use in occlusion with itself, natural tooth structure, composites and resin denture teeth.
Benefits for the Patient
• Premise Indirect/Connect allows for metal-free posterior bridges of any type (full coverage, inlay/onlay and Maryland) using a strong translucent FRC (fiber-reinforced composite) framework.
• Premise Indirect has excellent esthetics, low wear on opposing enamel and improved patient comfort, with wear characteristics that are nearly identical to natural enamel.
• Premise Indirect can be fully repaired intra-orally using silane and any composite material.
• Premise Indirect may be adjusted using conventional composite polishing instruments.
Prep Requirements • Preparation requirements for Premise Indirect/Connect restorations are similar to that of all-ceramic restorations, requiring rounded internal line angles, shoulder margins of at least 1.0 mm, and an occlusal clearance of at least 1.5-2.0 mm.
Recommended Cementation • All Premise Indirect or Premise Indirect/Connect restorations should be cemented using Silane and a Dual Cure Resin Cement that matches the shade of the restoration.
