Read the information below to learn your shipping options when sending a case to Riverside Dental Ceramics. This information applies only to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Sending Casework to the Lab

US Priority Mail
Shipments typically arrive at the lab in 2-3 business days. We recommend placing your sealed case box in a Priority Mail Bag (available from your post office). Then, affix our pre-paid US Priority Mail label to the outside. These labels are provided at no charge from the lab.

Shipments are overnight from most areas.
Alaska $45.00 — Hawaii $25.00 — Puerto Rico $55.00
- DHL (Puerto Rico only)
Shipments are overnight from most areas. $65.00
- UPS
UPS does not offer indirect billing service. However, you are welcome to set up your own UPS account, after which you claim responsibility for all shipments and charges.
Returning Casework to Your Office
RDC suggests that photos, slides, CDs or other materials be enclosed in a separate plastic bag to secure contents.
- US Priority Mail
Shipments will arrive at your office in 2-3 business days. Each shipment is bar coded with a tracking number to anticipate final arrival. $10.00
- FedEx
Shipments are overnight to most areas.

- DHL
(Puerto Rico only) Shipments are overnight from most areas. $65.00
- UPS
- UPS BLUE Shipments will arrive on second business day in most areas. $20.00
- UPS RED Shipments are overnight in most areas.
