Standard bite splints are fabricated using processed acrylic with ball clasps, CLEARsplint™ (self-adjustable) and Flexite® thermoplastic nylon. The Comfort (hard co-polyester) and Comfort H/S Bite Splints™ (hard co-polyester with a soft inner layer of polyurethane) are thermoformed for ideal retention. Nightguards are fabricated with thermoformed soft or semi-hard Erkoflex EVA materials.
